Frequently asked questions

Can I write on a scanned PDF?

Yes. Text boxes can go anywhere on the page, also on top of scans and photos, so you can complete forms that have no fields.

And if the PDF has fillable fields?

The editor detects them: you can type in the text fields and tick the checkboxes, and the completed form is saved in the PDF.

Can I move or change the text later?

Yes, until you download: drag a text box to move it, or click it to change the words, the font or the color.

Are my files stored?

No. This tool processes the file on your device, inside the browser: it is not uploaded to any server and nothing is stored.
