Combine images of any common format into a PDF: screenshots, scanned pages, diagrams or pictures. You decide whether each page uses A4, Letter or the exact size of the image.

How to convert an image to PDF

  1. Select one or more images.

  2. Order them and choose A4, Letter or fit to image, plus orientation and margin.

  3. Create the PDF and download it.

When it helps

  • You have screenshots or diagrams and need to hand them in as a single document.

  • You want images of different formats (PNG, JPG, WEBP) in the same file.

  • You need each page to match the image size, without white borders.

Why use catScan

  • Private by design

This tool works inside your browser: the file is processed on your device and is never uploaded or stored.

  • Free to start

Sign in with Google and get 8 free uses per period, shared with the catScan app. 1 use = 1 downloaded file; if something fails, it doesn't count.

  • Nothing to install

It works in any modern browser on computer, tablet or phone. To scan paper with your camera, use the Android app.

Frequently asked questions

Which image formats are supported?

JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF and BMP. HEIC photos from iPhone also work in browsers that can open them, such as Safari.

Can the page be the same size as the image?

Yes. Choose "Fit to image" as the page size and each page takes the proportions of its image. With no margin, there are no white borders.

Are vertical and horizontal images mixed correctly?

Yes. With automatic orientation, each page turns to landscape or portrait to match its image.

Are my files stored?

No. This tool processes the file on your device, inside the browser: it is not uploaded to any server and nothing is stored.
